Registration Policies
- One regular registration covers one paper, including all figures, tables, and references.
- The Author (Student) price is available only if at least one author is a current student, and student status will be verified before discount is applied.
- Additional paper registration precondition: The registered author should be one of the authors in both papers.
- For publication, each paper must be paid by one of the authors for inclusion in the conference proceedings. At least one author of a paper should pay a full registration fee.

Refund Policy
Cancellations received before 1 November 2026 are eligible for a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations between 1 November and 30 November 2026 receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available after 30 November 2026. Substitutions of registered delegates are permitted at no additional charge until 5 December 2026.
